Taking my son to homeopath, any advice?

I have a January 16th appointment with Miranda Castro, a classical homeopath in south Florida. I am so very excited an nervous to see what she has in mind for treating my autistic son.
I am going to reread the Impossible Cure but I was curious to see if anyone had any advice to make this first interview easier for both of us. I want to maximize our time together.
Thanks for your help and support. I feel like I am definitely onto something with this. My son has improved greatly with only natural healing methods and I think this may be one of the last remaining puzzle pieces. I would love to get his health back to where it was before un-natural methods tried to destroy him.
Thanks and Happy Holidays,
Melissa

My only advice is to *enjoy* it! !! Working with a good homeopath--and
she certainly seems to be one!--should be an exciting and rewarding
experience. (Not always *easy*, but then the best things sometimes
aren't.)

You can get ready simply by observing your son--as you are certainly
doing already! Don't try to analyze or interpret or figure out--just
notice, and feel. Just see who he is, where he is, how he reacts,
things like that. That will give you an excellent basis for helping
her find the information she needs to help him. If she wants you to
come prepared with any other information, such as medical history,
she'll let you know.

Good luck!!!!

--- Thank you Shannon, that is great advice. The best things in
life are rarely easy, that is so true. Good thing I don't mind the
fight!

I will do exactly as you say...not analyze, just feel and observe.
I am pretty good at that from years of practice. I do tend to rush
to try and figure things out. I am not always patient. I try
though. I am glad to find someone like her, the homeopathic
pediatrician I take my other two too won't accept anymore autistic
patients so I have been looking for someone else who I can take him
to.

Thanks so much, maybe this time next year I will be talking about my
son who used to be autistic and now just one of the kids! He may
not be exactly "normal" but really, that would just be boring! I
just want him to be what he is meant to be.
