I (and probably most of us) agree with Sarah when she writes:

digest version and the emails are extremely long and it is hard to keep track of

I've just "trimmed" a piece, below, from a post in the most recent
digest -- and it ain't the only one. LOOK how long it is! You can imagine
having to scroll through these in the digest. It's just not necessary if you'd be
considerate and eliminate these before sending:

Yup, it's a hard habit at first, and most of us will forget now and
then :-( , but I want to echo I'll keep trying (harder)...
