Ah, interesting!!!
Would you be up to giving us any specific examples, maybe a made-up
case for illustration? (When you say, "Needed to go to drop doses", I
assume you mean of herbal tinctures?) Can you say a bit about the EMF
shielding issue--have you found any of the "gadgets" to be effective
(what names can I remember... there's Q-Link, can't remember the other
names...)? Or what would lead you to give VDU or Mobile Phone (I read
the proving, but am not clear when one would give that rather than a
more common rx that would cover the same symptoms; perhaps I just need
to read it again?)

Sorry, I do not have time (neither permission) to type a long full case.........drop doses, yes, instead of 30 drops 3x/day of herbal remedies (already low in herbalist's usual prescription) I had to go down with one drop in a glass of water and sip during the day, and build up from there.
I wear a Q-Link, I have no idea if it helps but the Biopro chips I put on my phone have made the burning sensation in my ear disappear..........I was not even aware of it, putting that to the pressure on the ear during long conversations, but the difference was striking.
I used Mobile Phone once according to repertorisation, but in other cases I used it, as well as VDU, as a potentised remedy based on constant exposure but not homeopathically in the proper sense of term.

Dr.Rozencwajg-
This is not just semantics. It is knowing what is curing in the
remedy and based on what principle it is being done. It also does
not mean that no homeopath can use these and call himself / herself
a homeopath or using these is precluded. In our area in India people
cook goat's blood and that is a delicacy. Eating that might
stimulate blood forming or might treat anemia. It may be effective
in these but I cannot call that Homeopathy. Is there tissue / organ
affinity - yes there is. There are so many effective treatment
modalities ( Siddha, Ayurveda etc) in the world. They do not have to
be called homeopathy to be used by us.
I have used organ remedies and I well know that the indicated
remedies in potencies have limitations. This is the nature of the
system since we have never pushed our provings to the extent that
internal organs are exhausted or get into cirrhosis. So to that
extent our records are deficient. Hence all this experimentation...
Do we support it with other methods - yes a lot of us do-
Tissue salts, Nutritionals, Herbals, Bach remedies etc. etc. SOme of
the mother tinctures that we use are strictly not homeopathic but we
still use them as homeopathic remedies. I have used tinctures of
many medicines etc. myself. But at the same time they can also be
used homeopathically.
Rauwolfia is used for high blood pressure. It can lower BP but at
the same time cause psychic side effects and depression. If we
prescribe it for high BP we are using its physiological action.
There are many in homeopathy too who do that. But if we use it for
low BP with depression and psychological symptoms, parkinsons, edema
etc. which side effects it causes, then we are using it
homeopathically.
In terms of using these herbals and sarcodes ( which if they tone an
organ are NOT being used for their homeopathic effects but for tonic
effects) I am not saying should not be done. But we are using them
similar to cell salts, like adjuncts. When we say that sarcodes in
low potencies stimulate and in high potencies control - how is that
possible if the low potencies are not exerting physiological effect?
This whole discussion started around Irene's stated methodology of
going only from repertories to treatment in one posting and then in
another asking to prescribe a sarcode just based on organ
similarity. And then saying that there is no physiological effect in
sarcodes. But then we cannot explain the claimed difference in
action at low and high potencies.
Otherwise I have no qualms about using sarcodes themselves. Hey if
they are effective - go for it. As I had previously stated I have
even used combinations - so I am not drawing a line anywhere. And if
they prevent so many deaths- then there is no question about their
usage and research into them. I think Irene is doing an excellent
job and this was never to question her or your practice or
prescribing skills.
Our approaches definitely are different but so what- that is the

One of our study group members has a “rescue horse” who came to her some 5 years ago, having been abused and in very poor health. She has studied homeopathy mainly for the benefit of her horse--the light of her life--who is now doing quite well. She says that often she lets the horse choose what remedy he needs, especially when she is offering him herbs (one in each hand) but also, I believe, with homeopathy. I think she said he does olfaction on occasion. He is a very happy horse at this point. Teresa (Northern VA USA)
