So much of life and health and nutrition today is interpreted a la materialism and chemistry. People think that if they get the right chemicals, like the right vitamins, minerals, etc. that they should be healthy. Holism or Wholism is the right way to go. I have always thought, even 40 years ago, vitamin count in a food is only an indicator. So many people think that the celery I eat is not have a lot of vitamins because science has not yet discovered them. I eat the celery anyway because I like the crunch and fiber and I know that eventually science will get around to finding good things about celery.

Hi,
There are lots of different kinds of seaweed that you will find at an Asian grocery store. Mostly East Asian. As I remember, Korean and Chinese are cheaper than Japanese. Don't know how they are affected by the radiation around here, but we were told to eat seaweed to protect us from the immediate fall out after the Fukushima nuclear explosion. We use kelp as a hidden flavoring in all soups, fresh pickels and sauces. So, we put it in most everything.
