Dear Ardavan

I am looking forward to your new website and your upgrades and your classes have really helped me to be better at prescribing .

Recently a Middle Eastern man came with Behcets disease and of course your article on Behcet's came to mind.

I was surprised when the patient who was on prednisolone had all the symptoms resolved with just that one visit .
On follow up I was ready to stop treatment . Anyway he will be on follow up.

So here is to an upgrade of the good old days !
