Re pathogens, if you mean by that bacteria, viruses, parasites, they are present

a. because of weak defenses, weak immune system
OR
b. because they are highly aggressive
OR
c. because they are commensals, saprophytes living WITH us and either mistaken as pathogen or starting to "Overact" because of the lack of control as in a.

In my practice, the approach will be different depending on the situation, from utter contempt to very aggressive treatment.....

Pathogens are (a) and (b) and when they become aggressive and the immune system can not counter them, we help
the VF (which is by now showing symptoms) with remedies that are similar in molecular structure to the aggressive
pathogens and being negative hydration shells they latch on to the pathogens in a 'lock & key' way to negate them. They
also cover those biological molecules under attack (in a lock & key manner) and so protect them from the invading/aggressive
pathogens/viruses. The remedies are not carrying a charge and so are temporary, releasing the biological molecules to interact with their natural colligates/legates.
