Re: psoriasis in child
thanks for the photos
I would still go with the Kali sulph and Pulsatilla route - although it is hard to say if the Pulsatilla will address the eruptions she seems to be overall a Pulsatilla type, and not just because of the weepiness (I think this is happening because she wants to please you, give you an answer but she can't, so she weeps instead, typical of Puls and I wouldn't make too much of that), but there seems to be so much that would correspond to Puls in this which is why I think an allied rx will be needed if you don't think Puls fits well enough.
If it were my case I would also be considering a bowel nosode, possibly a Morgan and Mutabile is the nearest to Pulsatilla and Kali sulph
a few questions though
is there any wetness at all underneath that crusty like top
the eruptions appear to be indented, is that generally so - if Pulsatilla is going to address the psoriasis then this indentation, almost ulcer like, will match as Puls has 'ulcers with hard, red, glistening areolae'
there is some yellow but I don't get the silvery aspect from the pics- common to many cases of psoriasis
where are the main areas of the eruptions
how strong is the + bananas
how strong is the motion sickness
do you have any more notes on the time she had ulcers on her lips - again Pulsatilla like
there are some types of psoriasis that begin or are related to when an infection has set in - did you write that she had a cough just before the eruptions started - I think I would go back to that time to explore more as well

Re: psoriasis in child
I had the child in today and there is a change in the psoriasis. It is not so scaly now but looks scabby (yellow tinge). No modalities. She only tried the cold treatment once on it when dad suggested it!! It is now in her scalp which feels very bumpy to touch, and there is a bit behind her left ear. The lesions in the photos are about 2inches x 1 inch approx, maybe a bit bigger. There are crusts in her top eyelashes.
Mum could sense the child was getting upset again so we sent her to watch TV (a convenience when you work from home!) She felt very chilly to me but hands were Calc sweaty. She likes to be wrapped up. She likes the open air but isn't one for playing outside all the time. She doesn't drink much. She likes to draw dogs but as mum says she doesn't go up to the nearest dog and cuddle it. At school she has a very close friend and according to her teacher they can't be parted. Mum says that she doesn't really make the attempt to mix with others (other than this one friend) although is a popular child. As a child she wouldn't say hello to mum's friends. At home she will sit with siblings and draw or play with one of them rather than go to her room. She is the eldest, the other 2 are much younger. She is not a naturally outgoing child.
The Hypericum 200 made an enormous difference to the coccyx problem. It is still there a bit but not bothering her anymore. Interesting was that she got a rash on her hands, bumpy , like urticaria and Mum gave her 3 doses of Apis and Piriton (No comment!!). I found the exact description of this in Clarke under skin!!!! It was a proving symptom from the Hypericum.
I decided on Puls 30 in 100ml water , to be succussed 10 times and 1 teaspoon taken daily unless an agg or amel. a la Luc de Schepper's book I have been reading!!
I will let you know what has happened. I did read Kali S and the nosodes Joy suggested but wasn't convinced , mainly because the eruptions are pustular and wet and hers are bone dry and can crack in the night and leave a few drops of blood on the sheets- see the photo.
