What took you to phytolacca?
Am pleased to report that this morning I can walk on my foot no problem. It is as if the pain was not there yesterday!! I took 1 Phytolacca before bed. The problem was not actually in the heel but more the sole on the right side and on the top of the foot.
Thanks to all who have responded

Thanks – I am going to go for the Phytolacca I think. Was going to do 200 but decided to chicken out and do 30!! I take magnesium daily so can’t be that. I suspect it is 2 weeks abroad with only walking as exercise and then returning and going straight into a body combat class Tuesday and Step class last night. I can actually walk on it now so maybe the Arnica 200 I took earlier has helped !!

Tried to rep it and can’t find it. My sports books say Ruta and another says Phytolacca for the way mine is presenting so will probably take this. I did take an Arnica 200 when it started!!

Rochelle,
So very happy to hear you found relief. Just wanted to mention that the sudden onset while sitting (and particularly after long air trips) is sometimes a clue to a pinched nerve in the spine. I know from personal experience the referred pain can not be separated from real injury pain. I've gone for X-rays the pain has been so severe in my ankle I was sure it was broken in 20 pieces – when the culprit was in the spine. Between your long air trips, and extreme workouts, it is worth considering.

Thanks Irene for that. I have been wearing orthotics for years in my sports
shoes and get them free from our National Health Service!!

Whatever this was last night it has completely gone today!! The Phytolacca
appeared to have done the trick!

Yes – it did actually feel as if it was broken in 20 places!! It also felt as if I had an ice pack on too long as in frozen but that part actually felt warm!! It was 2 days after a long haul flight and I had done a step class and the previous day Body Combat class. I went to the hospital just to check it wasn’t a DVT. I skived out of doing a class yesterday as I thought I had done enough exercise on my bike that day. I bet if I had gone to my usual class it wouldn’t have happened!!

Pinched nerve in spine- maybe?

I have it in reverse usually. My son hooked up with a really conservative woman and
they pretend to be open minded but run to doctors with their baby and it scares the crap
out of me. My son still hasn’t gotten over his teenage rage so anything I stand for, he
rejects.
My daughter will often call me for help but this time has refused. But would rather she
limp around than take toxic drugs. She has that one down pretty well.

most commonly used medicines for plantar fascitis are Medo, Hecla lava, Calc-flour, Thuja,

But it usually goes away with a dose of constitutional. If not sure what to take take Hecla.

At night put your foot in warm water and rub it as hard as you can
