brown rice is better in protein when combined with beans or dal. However, we have a different scenario. You would like create a balance in the intestinal flora that requires aweaker acidophilis type binding. Half bannana is also good as it provides potassium. More than one bannana works in biphasic way setting diarrhea. These are just some clinical tips.
