This is from malware, her email was hacked.
We're in Mercury Retrograde since 1/21 causing all types of communication problems.
Microsoft Security is free, download it or another anti-virus plus malware protection.
Change your email passwords.

Hi Tanya
I have had problems with Google since the Xmas period. I have had to reset the computer twice in the last month and have switched from using Goggle and now work with Goggle Chrome, although I find a little more awkward to use, but it gets the job done. So in this case I copy the address given and paste it on Chrome to activate the site instead of just clicking on the address.
