Thanks for sending the case Rochelle. I find discussing acutes extremely
important as they require a slightly different approach, kind of condensed
thinking, usually on the hoof!!

What worries though about some of the "arsenicum will do for diarrhoea"
approach is that we then get lazy and end up prescribing like the allopaths
- arsenicum for diarrhoea, sulphur for all skin cases, nat mur for all
headaches etc etc.

Acutes require in depth knowledge of the MM's just like chronic cases.
