Hopefully this can be confirmed. If so, I will be forced to agree with you, quite reluctantly I must admit. I presume that these measurements were being done on dead machines, like amp meters or thermometers, and not on Petri dishes of bacteria or horses or people.

Thank you for that. I will be forced to rethink my position, and I love rethinking my position. (:->) My first thought is that there is a whole region of physical reality that is too subtle for the average physicist to appreciate. This would include things like structured water and cathrate (assuming that cathrates are not water).

There was a report published a few years back that showed potencies and the quality of the remedy could be tested (I cannot remember the name of the author and other details but remember that he was a well known scientist). Therefore as potencies can be measured, they are PHYSICAL!

Aphorism 247

Aphorism 247 explains why one needs to use the medicinal solution that is succussed prior to administration and given it in split-doses. He gives the reasons why it is difficult to speed the cure with the unmodified dry dose or unadjusted liquid dose. Then Hahnemann says:

"But if the succeeding dose is changed slightly every time, namely potentized somewhat higher (pp. 269-270) then the vital principle may be altered without difficulty by the same medicine (the sensation of natural disease diminishing) and thus the cure brought nearer".

When you carry a brick up the stairs to the top of a building, you put energy into the brick, called potential energy.
If you leave the brick on the roof, the brick does not lose this energy.
But if you toss the brick off the roof, the brick will expend all that potential energy in smashing whatever it lands on.
After that it has no more potential energy.

Not all energy is the same.

Say I am flying in an airplane. Next to me is sitting a gorgeous young woman. The energy that I am experiencing sitting next to her is NOT the same energy that is propelling the airplane through the sky, and is not the same energy that is contained in the homeopathic bottle in my baggage and is not the same energy that bursts out of my heart when my canine one-eyed wonder of sweetness is playing keep-away/fetch with me. { She does not seem to understand that keep-away and fetch are two mutually exclusive games. (:->) }
