Here are a few remedies for blocked sinuses and nose.

Nux - It has discharge in the daytime that is watery and the nose gets dry and blocked at night.

Ars Alb has alternation of watery discharge with obstruction of nose

Kali-bi. The nose is obstructed because of the thick discharge, There is usually headache in the temples.

Sticta: Similar to Kali-bi but there is a pain at the root of the nose.

Sambucus: The nose is completely blocked not much discharge.

Mag-mur: The nose is blocked on the left side, and even though the nose is blocked there is discharge from the nose.

Hope you can choose one that will help you. If you still can't decide take sticta.
