I read about few opinion about the diets and so on,
we must really consider the Genetics, I am a Homeopathic Dr. in my practice , I check usally , the race , habits, type of their beliefs, and so on. as you know if you are borne in North America, if you are born in Mainland China, or Born in India North , south or East or in Europe all matters.
