Soroush kindly sent me this email so I can reply to it.
Rochelle, you stated that the psoriasis is >> cool and also that the scales are sometimes yellowish - these are particulars that are very very important (if accurate) and it is also important that these sx are not turned into generals. She might be generally a warm blooded person but the psoriasis is >> cool.
We see these kinds of apparent contradictions is hundreds of rx - Ars, so chilly but they burn like fire, Sulphur is chilly but they too burn like fire, Puls is chilly but cannot tolerate a warm stuffy room etc etc. BE ACCURATE and rank and group sx accordingly. Kali suplh >> cool applications and also has << from being over heated but there is also coldness throughout the sx picture - so there is a mixture. A deficiency of Kali sulph c auses chilliness. Maybe check out the 2 provings that have been done, not sure where the data is and possibly in German but it is around somewhere but the clinical notes we have on this rx seem good and true.
Maybe explore the dog obsession more. It may or may not indicate something deeper and interesting. Puls has a thing about dogs, usually black ones, but then kids often go through a stage of latching onto something so maybe don't make too much of it but explore it and explain it at least. Maybe she is Pulsatilla in the background especially with the recent 'sleepless from thoughts going round and round'.
I am not insisting that either of these rx are correct just suggesting they should be included but would prefer accurate instead of interpreted sx.
I'd be concerned that the Calcarea has misfired and don't quite understand the prescription for her. Try and get mum to stop prescribing for her as well. Joy
