Could Merc also be a remedy to consider? There seems to be something secretive and suspicious underneath this case -- not totally miasmatically acute, as Acon would be -- cancer miasm -- both sycotic and syphilitic.

Thanks Shannon and Rosemary. I will add Hyos and Merc to my lists to study. I think I did look at Merc as it came high up in my rep but it is a remedy with violence and anger which I haven't seen yet. Merc is a Rx she has already been given but Hyos is not.
