Dear Sara, no need to apologise to me and I am well aware of the state of
the earth. But there is a lot we can all do to try and make this situation
better. if we cannot all grow our own food or adequately get into the
organic market then certainly campaigning in some way would/should help (a
lifetime's work, no doubt). We are what we eat.
But I weep and wail when I read about supplement popping, painting iodine
onto our bodies and the like. I don't always understand why people then even
bother with homeopathy especially if there is a spill over with the same
pill popping approach
Ever hopeful, Joy

Hi Shannon and everyone,
Iodine requires adequate Selenium in the body to be taken up. I have seen
people who are on Synthroid and Armour, and still don¹t absorb iodine, and
whose basal temperature is still way low.
I would add either nutritional supplementation of Selenium or make sure
there is plenty in my food (and although I personally prefer nutrition
through food, the dismal state of the depleted earth and horrible
agricultural practices make it impossible to obtain our vitamins and
minerals from our food, even if we consume huge amounts‹sorry Joy!, it is
all documented if you wish....).
I have seen fantastic results with adding Selenium at 8X to the Thyroid 4C.
It is NOT Homeopathy, it is regimen and nutrition. It can be possibly
turned around with right nutrition, such as Selenium rich foods in large
quantities and seaweed/kelp intake.
Sara
