Re: Guess the remedy
Easy to self publish on Lulu.com and you can make some money out of it without being squeezed by publishers....email me privately if you want more info, but everything should be clear once you get on the lulu website.

Re: Guess the remedy
I did do a book, years ago and not on homeopathy. It actually won a prize, sold well — and was a helluva lot of work.
This would be even more: it takes up far more space than my book manuscript ever did (and that was two volumes!). Back in 2009, when I changed computers, I saved it all to CDs. It took a lot of CDs then, and it’s only grown since. To be publishable, it would have to be edited drastically — and that would undercut its purpose.
So, I’m afraid shikata ga nai.
Peace,
Dale

(What was the book?)
And could it be made available through something like ReferenceWorks etc., for a licensing fee or something like that?
Or from you via subscription? Just ideas, not trying to badger you.

Look at the volumes published by Hering...and the Homeopathic Compendium by David Little...it would be a shame to have your work "disappear"....

Re: Guess the remedy
Sherril you have got it right again it is lappa/ Lappa major (lappa arcticum)/
It is a wonderful remedy for styes.
Before Lappa I depended on remedies such as Staph puls etc. Depending on the exact site and other modalities. But the results were nowhere as good as with Lappa.
Best regards
Elham

Sherril you are an expert searcher. What was your strategy? I thought about it, but it seemed so difficult with so little information. Please give me some hint as to your strategy. Or anyone else who had another strategy.
Best,
Ellen

Hi Dale,
I too wished to see the fruits of your labor. Is there any way you could dish it out slowly by teaching on the net? Or automate the bookmaking process. Copy and paste sounds like a terrible use of time. Please talk to Dr. Roz. Maybe it does not have to be so laborious. Some people publish both a paper book and a digital version. For so much material, I would prefer a digital version. Actually, I would also like to access a website where I paid you for membership.

Ellen

Dale
Your work on this book sounds wonderful and would be so helpful to others.
Would it be possible to self-publish, as on Lulu.com, but in parts. Creating a volume
of a portion of the book at a time might be easier to handle. Then you/we would have
several volumes of the book.
