My problem is giving space to ideas that promote racism, sexism and bigotry..

I find when people are denying things that are very public displays of such behavior,

there is not much to talk about. It is only feeding their egos and leads nowhere's good.

I have my own bottom line: racism is a white problem and do deny that it exists is just

something I won't give on. Same goes for sexism. These are power relationships created

by men, white men specifically, to ensure the power and control and wealth for themselves.

The only other legitimate conversation after that is maybe how it works structurally to sustain

itself and how it impact individuals so they keep perpetuating such vicious systems. And then,

perhaps, how can it be changed. But when someone flat out denies what a flagrant racist
says and does in public, over and over again? I am done. giving them any space.

I take great exception to this. As a white south African, I have had this rammed down my throat by people of colour who are frankly themselves being racist, and in fact abusing their status as "people of colour" by throwing the race card.

And last I checked, Bill Cosby was not white.....

The bottom line is, it's a party trick to label a person a remedy (usually with negative connotations), but it does nothing for our training. We do not learn anything more about a remedy, in fact we may learn wrong information by including aspects which don't fit. Trying to fit a square peg in a round hole.

To see a person as they truly are, you need to be an unprejudiced observer. The minute you label someone, especially without knowing the full story, from THEM, you become prejudiced. And racism is a prime example of prejudice.

The case prescribed platina, was only prescribed on the facts obtained. That does not make the person platina, because you don't know how it works yet. So any extrapolation about her needing platina because of her character, are premature, and prejudiced.

sorry to say how wrong I find you Paul. First Racism is about power relationships. In the case of SA as in the US

is it a system designed by white colonists to justify their power and control over people of color. Until that system

changes; ie, the core power relationships change, racism in SA and the US is always about white people have power

over people of color. SA underwent many changes which are still ongoing but the system is far from structurally

changed to the equity of all.
As for how individuals behave, there is a vast range of reactions. But those reactions from underdogs are typically

in reaction to being oppressed by a system in which they have no real power. And do some people play a color

politics for power? Sure they do. But that, again, is in reaction to an oppressive system. Whites typically don't need

to do this as they have the power. What I have seen white people do, poor ones, is use the lack of equity in their lives

as excuses for rage or anti-social acts.
And as for the unprejudiced observer? Yes, I have often noted this as a big problem in homeopathy as practitioners

like to assume their own human perfection and refuse to look at their own prejudices which often impair case taking

and success. I have seen enough of this to be quite clear on this point.

Paul - I am sorry for what you are going through in SA and what you
are going through with this obsessive person. She, like so many
others, has apparently labeled herself as the savior of the black
race. She does not understand that black people are not stupid,
helpless little twits who need a savior, especially one like her or

What is astonishing is that these people can label an entire race as X
or Y without understanding that to do so is a grand generalization
which they lecture constantly must never be done. It is because they
have dehumanized whites that they can continue in this malicious
manner and even preach in their universities and gathering places how
all whites should be killed. In fact, as we know, that is exactly what
is going on in much of SA and we have there a racist government in
power that seems very uninterested in seeing it stop.

I remember when the communist witch, Winnie Mandela, bragged about how
she would deal with her enemies in South Africa. She would hang a car
tire around the neck of these poor souls, fill it with gasoline, and
light it. They called this "necklacing" and those actions produced
many a painful and horrible death. Yet the many demons here and
elsewhere would applaud her as though she were some great hero and
raise her to the heights on her pedestal. These are hard hearted
characters, these communists, and that is for no other reason that
they have nothing of light or love in them. They are theoretical and
mechanical and they can only recite the party line as the robots they
are. These guys can speak of the death of thousands who do not share
their beliefs without batting an eye. Some day it will be their turn
and that is when they will begin to get it.

This is just more of the nonsense that we have seen posted here. I was
going to ignore it but now that you have answered, here goes.

Clinton was not impeached for extramarital affairs. He was impeached
for lying to Congress about what he had been doing. He was thrown out
of Oxford at the age of 19 for the physical rape of a student there.
(Remember Ted Bundy?) He has raped at least half a dozen women over
the years and has paid at least one - Paula Jones - more than $800,000
to silence her. There have been others but they have been threatened
by Hellary, their tires have been slashed, their pets have been
murdered and hung from their front doors, and otherwise have been told
to back off. The Clintons ran cocaine into Mina, Arkansas when Bill
was governor under the protection of the CIA. They were involved in
numerous murders of those who got in their way including two 14 year
old boys. The Clintons have also been heavily involved in pedophilia
and ritualistic Satanic abuse. This is coming out now and will be
released to the public in the near future. Hellary has been involved
with child rapist George Bush Sr. and they have together stolen
trillions of dollars from the US. Hellary destroyed a 12 year old girl
to get her client off in a case in Arkansas and is on tape laughing
about it. That tape is available on the internet through the Good
Gopher search engine. Hellary is a Satanist and a communist and a 4th
degree coven witch. Trump is taking her down but she is a Scorpion
remedy as I told you months ago and she cannot get over her loss to
him so she continues to make up excuses for why it happened even
though the CIA was stealing votes for her by way of computer hacking.

There is so much more but this is all I will go into now. You who
doubt what I am saying have no idea how close the world is to falling
into a situation worse than anything Stalin or Hitler ever came up
with. There is not a single one of you who would not be affected by it
should Trump fail to clean out this serpent's next with the Clintons,
obamas, and all the rest.

That is where our "education" as alleged impartial observers should kick in, do everything and anything without preconception...obviously that is not the case as has become clear...

Of course, just looking at a person can give you indications, especially on how to behave: when I have a woman wearing a full headscarf or a female Orthodox Jewish fellow Ashkenazi coming to the clinic, I know better than extending my hand for a shake, and if they come alone and I need a physical exam, I would ask formal permission to touch and call my wife to be present. When I have a Maori family in my rooms, I know better than to touch their head, and especially the children's ones, without asking permission, and so on: it is called cultural sensitivity or simply common courtesy.

That being said, we all discuss freely our differences. All my patients know who I am, my political views, my philosophical leanings, my lacking of belief system, etc, it is common knowledge in a small city. We discuss theology, especially with Reborn Christians, it is always fun, always reaches the same conclusions, but nobody feels uncomfortable. Talking about nutrition we always touch on ethnic foods and traditional, familial and national dishes with sentences like "your guys are from Northern China? So your dishes are XYZ, adapt those to here this or that way..." Or arguing with Maori people is fun when we talk about their origins in Taiwan and the travels that brought them here, immigrants like all of us. This is normal talk between people. It becomes racist and unacceptable when our differences become the source of conflict, not because of politics or philosophy/religion but because the way we look, we dress, we speak.

Ordinary racism is not mobbing and lynching and segregation; it is the little daily things like avoiding being dealt with by a teller/employee of a specific race/ethnicity/tribe/nationality...you see what I mean.

We, mostly, as a nation, value our differences; we like technicolour instead of monochrome; we like to attend festivals and celebration of "others" and enjoy their company; and when someone has done us wrong, we do not hesitate to search reparation without fear of being labelled racist: that is called civilisation.
