You have the right to reject good will if you want. But why would anyone want to do that. I said that like I would end a comment with "With Respect". I am sure that I have said "Dear Irene"; what is the problem with reversing the words. If you want to reject my good will, I guess you have some problems. I said it so that you would not take offense at my countering your ideas. Instead, you take offense.
But you did not address my points. Is this your way of avoiding ideas that undermine your ideas.
