The body uses twice as much calcium as magnesium, and twice as much phosphorus as calcium.
SO:
4 parts phosphorus
2 parts calcium
1 part magnesium
So a "normal" calmag supplement should have twice the calcium compared to magnesium.
(We get huge amounts of phosphorus usually in a diet, so it is not normally supplemented.)
Slowmag/Mag-SR/Mag64/Magdelay/etc has 106 to 112mg Ca and 64mg Mg per tablet....Just take it minus fat.
Or get Magnesium chloride hexahydrate from a compounding pharmacy. (Some states need a Rx!)
