Yes, I am sure you are right. I was profoundly sad at the end of that book because he makes it clear that you can only be fully healed if you know the exact order of events...and who can know it exactly?
Glad you don't think it's the only way!
Have you been gnashing your teeth too much, then?:):)

Elmiger is at the origin of Rudi Verspoor's Heilkunst methodology.
There are a few big problems with "going back in the exact reverse order".
First, as you said, we do not remember everything.
Then, some situations have been taken care of completely by our physiology and do not need to be treated. To do so would be unnecessary and potentially harmful.
Some situations supersede others even if they are in a different chronological order; a very traumatic event even in the far past might prevent less traumatic ones, more recent, to be expressed; those suddenly appear to everyone's surprise as soon as the older event has been dealt with.
As experience has shown me, it is good to have a timeline, as you know what could possibly be expected, but for treatment, it is a lot better, and simpler, to let the patient tell you, through his symptoms and signs, what needs to be treated now, do it, then deal with the next occurrence. I am now dealing with a lifetime of dental problems that were put on the back burner until I resolved all the other issues........and now they are back in force, demanding attention, as, hopefully, that will be my last hurdle................. I sure hope I will not have to deal with the trauma of circumcision, oh, boy........................
