Dear Paul,

"Worse downward motion" is a keynote of Borax. You do
not need Sankaran's method to choose it (taking into
account other symptoms, certainly). Maybe this method
is more useful in cases where mental symptoms are
dominant and there are no clear indications of any
remedy?
