Hi Roger, that is shop talk. If you were a car mechanic and what you were trying to fix was not working and another mechanic told you to replace the whatshamagig and be sure to bla, blah, blah. You wouldn't think much of it.
We need ways to get in when the indicated remedy stops working by addressing miasma tic etiology. Homeopathic studies are the most rational, exciting and scientific pursuit. Always exhilarating even after almost twenty years at it.

If it seems like I am trying to get free help, it is because I am. I am not very concerned about my tinnitus because I have not in-the-flesh friends. I have only family, and they are pretty understanding. And I have headphones, so that I can listen to Bach, Marais, and this:

But it sure would be nice to get rid of my tinnitus. (:->)

Roger,
That's the way I felt when first attending homeopathy school in the late 90s.
The Organon made little sense and felt laborious to read it.
There's enough to just grasp homeopathy basics, remedies, Chronic Diseases wasn't explored.
Guess that's why miasmatic prescribing may be briefly covered in initial homeopathy school programs, too much too soon.
Getting potency, dosing is itself a learning experience, much by trial and error besides figuring out a remedy thru repping.
As time goes on and you read more, you discover homeopathy is more than just finding a similimum and one's constitutional but seeing how diseases, conditions evolve and what inheritance traits, predispositions you have, miasms.
In many cases, like mine, it's not one remedy needed to cure but many over time
It's the journey, not the destination and pre-planning the route usually isn't possible, it evolves as you go.
A truly gifted homeopath is the guide but doesn't solely follow one route over another and is able to change directions when necessary, is an explorer not a sight seer.
So, rest assured, you and your wife's cases have greater depth to them and there is more to homeopathy than what you have experienced so far with amazing results possible.

Actually for online patients we charge dollar 150 for three months. But we also make exceptions when someone says they can't afford.

So if you feel you can't afford it is all right you can still consult us.

But as I said this is the second best option.

best regards
elham
