I have been away and not keeping up with all the post but what I would like to offer you all are my notes from a lecture a few years back at college from Dr S Bannerjea. He shows the percentage failures and which prophylaxic vaccinations work and which don't.

Childrens' Remedies
Vaccination -Constitutional remedy is best possible vaccination
When Vaccinated
6-12 months
1. URI (DPT and Polio) --- Cough, Cold, Coryza. They get an anti cold medicine and antibiotics. This causes wheezing so they go onto Ventalin and then steroids as it progresses to asthma.
2. Next comes acute suppurative otitis media, which can become chronic. (BCG, DTP). They then get glue ear and grommets!
3. Febrile seizures (MMR). If get 3+ seizures they get anti convulsive drugs for 5-6 years.
Non vaccinated children give you the exact Materia Medica pictures because of the lack of suppression.
If you can't find the constitutional this is what they give in India.
3-9 months Tubercullinum Bov. in place of BCG
Diptherium +Pertussin +Tenanotoxin at intervals of 1-2 months in place of DTP
Lathyrus in place of trivalent Polio (See later - it doesn't work!)
Potency - 200 then 1M 8 - 24hrs apart. If the child is weak give 30 then 200.
9-12 months Morbillinum (MMR) - not necessary to give to healthy babies as they are better having the disease.
18 - 24 months Diptherium, pertussin, tenanotoxin as before as a booster. No need in a healthy child. Lathyrus sat in place of OPV.
5-6 years Diptherium, tenanotoxin and then after 6 months Baptisia instead of typhoid
10 years Tenanotoxin instead of Tetanus
If child is healthy don't bother giving anything other than the 3-9 months remedies.
Success or failure?
Lathyrus - lots of failures
Diptherium - 40% success
Tuberculinum - 99% success
Pertussin - 95% success
Morbillinum - 70% success but better if they have measles!
Baptisia - Typhoid - 90% success
Tetanotoxin - 50/60% success
If a child comes after problems with DTP reaction give DTP in potency.
