Cough and sneezing

The head pressure as a concomittant to cough is shared
by
2alu,3 bry, 2 chel,2 con, 2nit ac, 2pho, 2 ruta,2 sars
(boger pg 723)
If he holds the head

Did he gasp after Dros ? If so it must be a proving
reaction. If the
headache came after Dros, then the selection is wrong.

I believe the case needs sulph down the line since
there is so
much suppression.

Sulph has bursting pain during cough, it is also a
gasping
remedy. Plus it is thirsty. If he feels better in open
air,
then sulph can be given.You will need at least 30 c to
start.
Sulph is always given to clear out such long standing
ones,
esp when it gets complicated.
