I've been taught and seen it in use as a triad - Anacardium then Silica then Lac-H. Quite amazing.

Yes! And have you used it this way yourself?

The case I've recently used lac-h for, I had first assumed I was seeing Anac -- but then found that lac-h covered my chosen rubrics just as well, and also other aspects of his case that I hadn't put into the rubrics. In my mind I had these two in somewhat opposite "camps", but was very surprised at how much of the *same* territory they cover.

Thanks Rochelle Elizabeth ,After a higher potency of Lac Humanum the state has changed somewhat to blaming herself rather than family. Still big issues with partner. Did rightly or wrongly support with a Lac Caninum 12c as she had a very stuffy nose which later in evening did alternate sides
Possibly Phosphorus needing reassurance She can be very empathetic. Will watch and ruminate on situation. Thank you Jean

Hi Jean,

Do you feel like saying what potency each dose of the lac-h has been, and how long since the latest one? To my way of working, knowing the time frame can make a difference in my interpretation of events.

She had Lac Humanum 200c about 6 months ago which she was to follow up with water doses as needed. Remarkable return of energy and ability to do things and stand up for herself but adverse conditions of her life and running out of medication a return to her old state happened. 3 days ago gave Lac Hum in 1M . Not sure yet but some change as deflecting blame to herself more.. Being in 2 minds seemed the most prominent state yesterday . Did not use Folliculinum as had thought I might do as there never was a strong hormonal history of being affected by menses. Rightly or Wrongly gave a dose of Anacardium.200c She rang later to say was in a better state. . The obstacle is a really bad relationship but hopefully in a better state will deal with it.
These people need years of support and strengthening I find but often come through even if only to be less passive in relationships, Jean

On the indications of each remedy, fitting to the person :) What I saw was suppression, denial, better by eating, sore throats (not speaking truth), shyness (not necessarily strong abuse or two-minds thing) with Anac level; suppression ready to come to surface but still strong, trying to speak and resolve shyness, overwhelmed for Silica level; not knowing how much to give world vs. self, not feeling really human or completely incarnate, wanting or needing to connect with Earth more, heart/center blossoming but somewhat mired in freeing from old stuff. These are just some aspects of course.
