Re: help
If the Px had been taking MATERIAL doses of it then giving it in
potency would never be my first choice; although a case onlist
recently where the Px had NBWS Cannabis did resolve with Canni-i in
potency , if I remember rightly.
I suggest always looking for a Rx based on the Px's Sx as a first
approach

Re: help
Hi Liz,
I had a French lady px who had taken Ayahuasca recreationally, and all I can say is
I have to agree that it made her v. difficult to get hold of: she was quite airy-fairy
and totally ungrounded. It was sometime ago now, but I could try and look out the
file and post you privately if I can find it, or if you are looking for further
comparisons.
Best wishes, Barbara

Re: help
Thankyou = it is always important to me to distinguish before and after a
drug = some people have thought it was something l was looking to make a
potency out of = no it was more trying to distinguish the person from the
crazy effects of a drug picture, all the info. so far esp. from Sarah has
been invaluable thankyou. liz

Re: help
I think Nancy Herrick has written about this plant in her book "Sacred Plants Sacred Voices."

Re: help
It's worth being aware that some sources (both sources of remedy and
materia medica sources) use ayahuasca and bani-c as both referring to
the plant, whereas others use ayahuasca as referring to the potion that
is drunk, which is a mixture of herbs in which bani-c apparently plays
only a "helper" role, which I thought was odd...
