This is not how Hahnemann taught - what happens
if aggravation or proving after 1st, 2nd, 3rd

You basically give 1 dose of 1 remedy and wait…..

If improvement, don’t give anymore.

If improvement and then same symptoms come back­give another dose of same.
To give another dose:
Take the water bottle you have and succuss it­this is strong downward thrusts from about 2 feet up­like a judge hitting a gavel.
Do this 10 times on a book or something (you are succussing to slightly
raise the potency of what you have started with).
Give another teaspoon out of this.

If improvement and new symptoms appear, research and find what the new remedy should be. Sometime one remedy will shift things and then require different
remedy to finish up.

If no improvement on one dose of 30c in water, repeat it in 20-30 minutes.
If no improvement on one dose if 200c in water, repeat it in 1 hour. If you are using 6X or something, may have to repeat oftener than a 30C as the energy ‘gets used up’, in a way.
You can do this 2 or 3 times with 200C or 30C. If no improvement after that probably wrong remedy.

Signs of improvement

Improvement you may see first is in mental/emotional symptoms, or sleep, or general well being, or thirst or appetite­then the physical symptoms may improve later.

I would have a time line for expected progress, considering the tissue that is being cured. This is not a chronic case. The tissue is specific.
If Bryonia is working, why are you asking? I had assumed that it had ceased to work. If it is still working, keep using it. But expect results within a timeline relative to your general health. If you have good blood circulation in general, no major disease that would get in the way of healing, you are just trying to heal the connective tissue. Then, in a month, you should see some change. If you have seen change, keep using bryonia. If not, switch remedies to something that is more specific to joint tissue damage. Specifically ruta is for micro tears in the connective tissues close to the connection of the muscle at the joint. That is why you should feel the pain very close to the joint.
Another possiblity is to up the potency of Bryonia to 200c if you are sure that the beginning effect was really solid. But then you have to make sure that you are not getting symptoms that are caused by Bryonia. If they don't bother you, then don't worry. Otherwise, certainly don't take it too often. Not sure what the frequency would be. You have to experiment. Another safer but labor intensive method is to decrease the potency to 6c and keep pushing it all day. Take it something like 4 times a day.
6c can be repeated 3-4 times a day if you have it or are ordering it. Rhuta 30c is probably good for once a day. The potency depends on what you have. 6c is nice because you can keep pushing it. Even 4 times a day is possible. But who can keep thinking of elbow pain three times a day? So 30c. is more realistic.
Yes, stirring is not the same as slapping the bottle hard against your palm. The liquid should become foamy for a few seconds.

well, the proof is in whether he follows 5th and 6th edition dosing which makes him Hahnemannian
And the dosing you shared was not from Hahnemann and therefore not Hahnemannian - it is Subartian
I'm not too intimidated.

the dosing info I sent was for acutes! Never use 200c for chronics - only 12c, 30c and LMS
And would never give for a chronic case that way.

The INFO I SENT was ONLY for acutes or first aid
