time in the courts. his newsletter is informative and pretty funny with his sarcastic humor. you can access
him online and sign up for his newletter.
people like the lawyer Jonathan Emord (i think that is his name) have taken on the FDA successfully and
has a focus on health freedom access. he would be the kind of person to help with developing protective
language. every profession usually has people like that. homeopathy needs to bring in their own
legal advocate. and maybe some of the organizations already have people like that on call. so calling
them to inquire about this would be a very easy step to take.

I have taken the approach of simply trying to explain, in simple terms, what each technique I use can and cannot do, how it works as much as it is possible and definitely not giving any indications of any remedy, substance or supplement for any condition, disease, pathological state, whatever........justifying this very clearly under the need for personal individualised prescription adapted to each peculiar situation.
Only in the "articles" section and under the Fibonacci sections can some clinical correlation be found, but those are articles already published in other places and in journals and they do not contain any incitement to use whatever "stuff" for whatever "thing".
It is also called freedom of speech, and I do know that I have been monitored by the Sinistry of Diseases, no reactions or comments from their part.....

why not include patient testimonies--most people already do.
what is the UK ruling on blogs? are they dealing with that venue the same as
websites?

If you check out my website (see below) you can see the disclaimer statement before the list of diseases. I have a disclaimer on the testimonial page. It's the First Aid page I am seeking advice on how on earth to be able to keep it on. I have sent an email to an organisation called Copy Advice to see if they will tell me without me having to pay their £800 fee to check a website!!!

Hi All,

So far the group has been discussing amongst other things whether links to published research etc is valid proof as to the efficacy of Homeopathy in given conditions, and what we can do to back up claims of the efficacy of Homeopathy to the Advertising Standards Agency and (non)Sense about Science in the UK ... and I wonder if we are looking too deeply into this from an allopathic perspective?
We as Homeopaths all use Materia Medica to match remedies to symptoms ... so if a patient comes to me with a certain set of symptoms, I will use my knowledge / repertory / material medica to find the best fit remedy to the relevant symptoms presented by that ‘person’... and whether or not this is seen by (non)Sense About Science as ‘proof’ or not of the efficacy of the remedy (in my opinion) is irrelevant. We are not breaching advertising standards and we are not making unsubstantiated claims.
I’m not claiming to be able to treat disease A or B, but I will stand by the fact that the Materia Medica remedy pictures are based on the proving of these remedies ... and I will prescribe the appropriate remedy for the given set of symptoms.
So ... taking this to the websites ... we could, I guess explain the homeopathic prescribing process a bit better and state that the groups of presenting symptoms that we treat don’t need to be named like they do in orthodox medicine; we treat ‘People’ not disease names.
The claim we would then be making is that we practice according to our principles ... and if the Orthodox fundamentalists want to challenge this then it’s nothing to do with Advertising standards, it’s just more of the same dross they keep churning out over and over again.

This was very useful Andy . I will put a sentence on my First Aid page to say that the indications for the these remedies come from our Materia Medica!!! Again very interesting!!!! I wonder if it will make the page acceptable?

My practice is my business, I am registered under Natura Medica Ltd, how is it possible to separate it in 2 entities, especially when not selling remedies, supplements or anything else?

How is this prohibition squared with the existence of so many books (not to mention studies) detailing e.g. arnica for bruises? Can your websites simply point people at the (online or physical) books and prescribing websites? With the note that, "Due to legal constraints, this is the best we are currently allowed to do..."?
