Shannon,
I don't think we can assume that hers were proving symptoms because we don't know the remedy she was given for her fibroids. Flus and dramatic discharges such as she described are generally viewed as healing symptoms -- that is, aggravations, not proving symptoms. According to Cooper, one of the main problems in treating advanced cancer was that the right remedy could set off a discharge so violent that it would drain a debilitated vital force, exhausting and possibly killing the patient before it could heal the cancer.
Peace,
Dale

I would guess Cooper did not know about LMs and hence this problem.

Thanks Dale,

What did Cooper suggest? I suppose that problem is handled by (various
prescribers in various ways) such approaches as LMs, drainage, and
intercurrent remedies?
