Personally I think the rash and other symptoms will ease quickly with
homeopathy without suppression, when you give the indicated remedy and
the rash goes away it is not suppression. I have seen such rashes
disappear in 1- 2 days after the medicine with patient improving
mentally as well. But I have never treated a Scarler fever.
If Aconite were the remedy and given in 10m in an acute case the
result would be positive and you will have had positive feedback
within a day or two...
I am afraid that this may not be the indicated medicine-
Did you think of Ailanthus - it is indicated in scarlet fever, has
patch rashes, and presents with a mild fever ( adynamic states).
ledum and thuja have eruptions on covered parts ( is it eruption in
covered parts or is it covering all the erupted parts so that she does
not have to see it?)
Ars is a good choice irrespective of whether it is in 1 or 2...Despite
the absence of fever still Bell would be good if indicated by others...
This is NOT the time to go for chronic treatment - since there was a
lot of discussion of intercurrents - this is the time even if the
patient were on chronic treatment to suspend that and go for the acute...
Does Thuja or Sulphur cover any of her chronic symptoms? Does the
night of revelry have anything to do with aggravating this? If so what
would be indicative?
Does this rash - become pale on pressure or how fast does it become
red again.
Also what about any itching, sleep etc. How is thirst? Get at least 1
or 2 modalties and you will be home safe...

particular constitution, anybody who reads those Materia Medicas of
Hering, Hahnemann, Kent, Hughes, and others, will use Belladonna in
symptoms as mentioned in this group, in diseases other than scarlet
fever or acute infection to throat, and experience failures. Even when
symptoms of this Group and some symptoms of other disease influence
present in a man are considered together, then that will lead to an
incorrect selection of another drug for failure. The very symptoms
mentioned above are not related to fever and will equally work when
there is no fever.
