Greetings.
Please have the person contact homeopath Dr. Suneta in Kampala tel. +25675886122.
You didn't mention if the wounds are remaining open due to infection (ie have been converted to tropical ulcers) or just in the process of damage done and are healing in their own way.
Since other Minutus writers have given effective accident advice, I'm going to consider the possibility of the wounds being infected and are ulcerating tropical-style.
Consider bathing/soaking the wound(s) in a hydrogen peroxide solution along with internal Ars.30 or Lach.30 Often, I found, this is the best way for infected open tropical wounds/ulcers. The H2O2 bath can be alternated or combined with calendula or better yet, ALOE as a PACK BANDAGE- which is readily available in Uganda. Other anti-septic things available in Uganda would be neem leaves or tumeric powder instead of calendula. Teetree may or may not be available in Uganda but is in Kenya and we can send it up immediately.
Aloe grows all over Uganda, is in many household gardens and also is marketed there. Just cut open a leaf and wrap it over the wound or squeeze the pulp over the wound. Does wonders. I've cleared many a dangerous wound with it.
My own phone number is below and you can ask the person to contact me if they can't get hold of Dr. Suneta. Uganda is only a day's bus ride away and we can send up medicines immediately.
Sincerely,
Didi Ananda Ruchira
