I was taught at homeopathic college that you could take a whole bottle of
pellets and it would be the same as taking one. I think this was based on
Kent. However, I've since learned from experience and from reading David
Little's careful work, that it does indeed make a difference how many
pellets you give, and that one pellet generally suffices for a dose. So
what you were taught appears to have been more accurate than what I was
originally taught )

Is it not such a great shame that Kent did not have access to Organon 6.
There would have been more unity amongst Homs and possibly Homoeopathy would
have remained dominant rather than succumbing to in-fighting over low/high
potency arguments.

But Soroush, he had access to fifth ed., where the watery potency was
clearly explained by Hahnemann. But Kent disregarded this and has even gone
on record that 'the homeopath who doses with pellets in water every time
will meet aggravation'. Our generation, even after a full ninety years after
the publication of the 6th ed, is still debating on this. That was one of
the major defects in Kent's teachings. The second was his verbal attacks on
Boenninghausen's method and rep ( but which was the foundation upon which he
built his repertory).
