Hello Sandeep,
I brought this topic up and there were several suggestions.
I use an old heritage mixture of linseed oil (flaxseed oil) and calcium hydroxide (lime water) half and half. I have seen it work for full thinckness burns that were once called third degree. Moisten a gauze pad with the solution, apply to burn and keep the pad moist with the mixture, this allows the skin to breath, protects the moisture and the skin will grow back as perfectly as it was before the burn, no scarring occurs. Do not remove the pad, just keep adding the mixture every time the pad starts to dry,
It is homeopathic, as both substances are on the caustic side, it brings relief and comfort from the moment it touches the burn. Be sure for fresh burns that you take the heat out of them first.
I have this mixture in my medicine cabinet at all times.
warmly, Maria

For energetic remedies, consider causticum, urtica urens, cantharsis, capsicum, for a good look,

I was under the impression, and have done this myself, that heat, as in more hot water, is the most immediate and homeopathic of first aid for burns....

in most cases, it would be heat - like cures like - or relieves. if burn finger, put it under running water as hot as possible
But with multilayered 3rd degree burns, may not be able to do that, though it is still probably what needs to be done

But you don't try to oppose any symptom - like 'take the heat out'

Go to your drugstore and ask him to order it for you. When it ces in add a teaspoon in sterile water shake well. You will probably see that some powder will not mix in. That would be a saturated solution. Poure ogg the top of the bottle into a jar half filled with flaxseed oil, shake well, you will need to shake it before using as it does not stay mixed. Smells funny but I have seen it leave a person with a pretty large horrible burn without a scar.

Of course my normal disclaimer: if you are I'll see a doctor; this advise not meant to replace professional medical care; this is for informational purposes; etc.
warmly, Maria

Ps please keep us posted with progress.

Yes, once the heat is out of the burn. I was making jelly and when putting the cap on the jar it slipped and almost boiling jelly landed on my arm and hand. My first inclination was to get it off, which I did with cold water. Once the injury had cooled (so the burning skin was no longer cooking). I held my arm as close th the heat as I could, for as long as I could stand it, did that three or four times and ended up with some sensitive red skin and that was it.
If the burn kills the skin, I would do the same thing, but would probably need the moist dressing until the skin heals.
Most people don't know about that and will present with burnt skin which will dry and shrink as it heals making scars and court the possibility of infection. Linseed oil and lime water protects from all of that.

I will note that causticum worked on a chemical burn that went bone deep. I think it was 30c, but could have been 200c
Memory not that clear on the potency. Taken 2x daily I think. Healed the wound, about size of a half dollar in a very
short time. There was a scar which is not very noticeable with no mobility or nerve problems.

Yes you must get the heat out. You cannot put the linseed oil mix on a hot burn. That roast you took out of the oven will continue to cook for 45 minutes on the counter. The burn will continue to cause damage as long as it is still hot. Stop the burning first and quickly, then immediately move the area to a heat source. Remember third degree or full skin burns injure the nerve supply so they will not hurt. You need the surrounding skin to signal enough heat. You may not have to cool minor burns, but the larger ones will need it.
