Hi Shannon,

It's tricky to use the word 'constitutional' because there are so many
definitions for it, depending who you ask...
But I was thinking more in terms of 'layers' - one can have a certain
constitution and then something serious happens and they develop a
disease layer which requires another remedy, and so the constitutional
rx would not help in that case. So again it depends on what we mean by
'constitutional' - and as you said, the 'overall presenting picture'
would be what we prescribe on.

Hi Patty,
She she continued the Lach 6c and it caused no problems, or did she
stop? (That sure sounds like an "urban legend" to me, but who
knows...)

Hi Shannon,

Pt takes the 6C remedy "as needed" with succussions in between doses... I
did also do a little further "research" and it seems that IF one were to be
taking close to mother tincture potencies of Cannabis or Heroin or LSD or
other drug-related remedies then POSSIBLY those remedies in extremely low
potency "might" be able to cause a drug test to have a Positive outcome...
but even then I have not been shown absolute proof of such.

I just wanted to add another piece about this discussion.

I had another patient who had a drug test with his local doctor which came
back positive for opiates which was one classification of drugs he WASNT
using.

They worked it out that he had just come back from a week at health farm
where they had poppy seeds on EVERYTHING. That was the only answer to the
question of how opiates came back in his urine test!
