They are not silly questions at all (not purposefully directed at you
anyway, just answering the broader spectrum), but very real concerns.

For what it's worth imho the Pyrogen seems to have been the most useful
and as this rx has a very speedy reaction it would have been ok to have
tried this first and if no progress within a short while another rx
could have been tried.

You didn't imply give up 'practice' but 'Homeopathy'
You just said it again effectively- if you do it once, do it all the
time - i.e. if you're not going to practice homeopathy- then don't.
