Thanks but I don't feel that I could give Med to her in this situation without the modalities of Med. I definitely would not give to anyone before deciding to have a child as each pregnancy tends to be different.
I will suggest your rehydration programme to her so thanks for that.

As your patient aggravated on the second dose of Sepia 200 the best thing to have done at the time would have been to give a single dose of a lesser potency, say 30 and wait for a day or two. Then if no change take the symptoms again. My preference is to treat with low potencies daily to start with and only go higher if required. Dietary changes can help like cutting out tea, and umoboshi plums are often a useful addition to diet.

This is exactly what I would have done (with a 6C) if she had phoned and told me but she was taken into hospital because of dehydration, then given antibiotics for a possible urinary infection as they found blood in the urine. She didn't contact me until a fortnight later!! I have to admit that I don't know what umoboshi plums are unless they are those salt/sweet plums you can find in Chinese supermarkets!!

Umeboshi are different than those dried plums. Usually they are full of juice. They are very sour and help with digestion. The Chinese ones may serve the same purpose, but they taste very different. Today it is hard to get them without all kinds of additives including sugar. They are really Japanese apricots and if you live in a cold damp climate like the coast of the Pacific northwest of the coast just below the Great Lakes, you can grow the tree. Ellen

Yes - to the plums. Japanese variety are a bit better.

Rochelle re the rules outlined - there is a standard rule re nausea and
vomiting [look up web pages] and that is to avoid ALL carbs and sugars, as
they increase the desire to throw up!

With my first child, I was so nauseous, all day! The only thing that appealed, and that I could keep down, was a chocolate milkshake from McDonald's. In my earlier party days, the only thing that helped a hangover was chocolate milk. Morning sickness was less, but not absent, with the other 3 kids. Chocolate milk or milkshake always appealed.
