Hello!
A child of 2.5 years have a unique problem (as per my vision), which is really problematic. He gets cold, sneezing, with fluent discharges from nose, alongwith coughing a hard barking type. After 2-3 days the coryza settles in ears, inflaming some glands below ear with pain. Next day fever starts, sometimes it seems as if all the vertebral column is having heat of fever. This lasts for 2 days and soon ear starts discharging a purulent watery stuff, though fever continues.
Now I think it a metastasis case of coryza to ear (not sure)???
Anyone who could suggest a rubric or rubrics for repertorization, Or some comments to help this young patient..
