Yes
I know that.
Ditto back at you. You obviously read different news sources than I do.
Ah!! The true colors. American Imperialism. New Zealand is keeping
very free all by itself, thank you. So was Europe, the last time I
looked. The last I recall the act of questioning a government was
considered patriotic. So that's gone too? No dissent at home?
Ah! More true colors.
Where have I been hateful? Look in the mirror.
As is yours.
I AM an American. I have my Passport. I collect Social Security. How
dare you demean me! I left to join the love of my life. At the time I
left there were two factors: being with the love of my life, and
living somewhere that did not smell as bad as Philadelphia.
I said it was "off topic" . You don't want to read it? Press delete.
I was making a personal statement to a list which is GLOBAL. I do not
know everyone who reads it.
Look in the mirror.
Your true colors emerge.

Alright Julian, now you've gone just a tad too far.........! The
smell of Philadelphia......harrumph! Yo, Pat, no Philly cheese steak
for this guy next visit! No Melrose visit for you, JW!

Duh, don't Americans know we elected Dubya for his moral values? He
just said so on the news...must be true! Luciano, pass'a da the
pizza.

By Flaming me, you just broke the list rules.
I have made a formal complaint against you.

You have just noticed the flames? How about reporting what else has been
said? You are really off target. Do what you must. I encourage it.

I'm with Julian. I lived all my life here in the NYC area and saw my
towers fall. I know many who live(d) or work(ed) in and around the
area, including yours truly. A former co-worker of mine died that
day and I have a few friends/family/acquantances that almost died too
and shared their stories. Hundreds of co-workers of my friends
died. The building I worked in suffered damage and they shared
stories with me. My brother worked the bucket brigade for weeks and
the horror stories he told me. The rest is history.

Yes, folks, this is how a lot of people think. Is it any wonder many of us
left and try to assist change from the outside?
