My daughter is Phos now; but for a fever without reason was cured with Lachesis, when Phos were better picture and repertorized -she is a baby of 10 months-; the only way I could recognize is when I notice she didn't like clothes over his neck! With phos fever immediately go down first time, but she turned very afraid of all; fever return 8 hors after; Phos 30c again and go away but in two hours; fever came back in 8 hours; Phos 200c put her in panic, but fever go away, and then returned in 6 hours... For me it was clear she wasn't Phos in that moment so I turned to Lach 30c: fever go up, she transpired and good by unknown infection in a single night. Then, a few days after she turned very afraid, Phos 30c (her picture medicine?) now cured her.

I could explain this, but it works that way.

I have not counted them, but the cases were always short. They were very

I can understand that it's easy to match a clear symptom picture with a
clear remedy picture! Would that all our cases were that type!

But, all of the prescribers I know do have cases that are unclear, where the
needed remedy is elusive -- sometimes just takes a second or third attempt
at understanding the case and/or identifying the remedy, and occasionally it
can take (gag) much longer.

Is your experience similar, that some cases are not so clear, or that
sometimes perhaps it *looks* as tho the needed remedy is clear, and yet it
doesn't work?

Yes, of course. In the first place, the older the person the more complicated
the case, mostly unsolvable, out of several obvious reasons : no "vital"
reactive force anymore available - so if there is a reaction (presuming one has
got the remedy! which is not that sure to me) than very slight ; extremely
complicated case-taking, etc. I mean they keep telling one to give Carbo animalis
or vegetalis or whatever if one is close to dying for ex., or things like
these, but who REALLY knows the effect? And so on ...
My experience - which is quite extensive, I' ve been around, I belong to that
sort of people getting itchy after 1 month or so, more I am not telling -
shows me a sound mixture of easy, middle and difficult cases, including children.
Small children, not able yet to be talked too, are also very difficult.
Mothers just can NOT be obiective so everything is kinda blurred. Besides, the
pressure, the expectancy, on the doctor is very high - children are always -
understandable - "hot". Mostly, if you don' t hit on the spot you' re lousy and if
you hit on the spot you are a genius. Like that!
To me, problems start when it comes to the fine differentiation between some
Ca-salts or Na-salts, which are the most frequent met. Here I need the
repertory, while I am using two of them plus the whole of materials I accumulated
along the years from all kind of sources, usually very good ones. I read only
europeans and indians, because I reached the conclusion that the others just can'
t be that good to surpass these ones. No offense for anybody, it is a matter
of experience, of contineous practice, of approach, etc. These materials, I
also sometimes teach, are getting tuned up all the time, fine tuned, you
understand, so along the time they get better and better, fuller and fuller.
On the other side, the really best ones do not write books because they do
not have the time to do it or they write but very few. The more one writes, the
more suspicious I get about his ability, his competence, it smacks of
mercantilism ...
In Germany the situation is as follows : homeopathy not being covered by
insurances as routine, it is a matter of wealth to get good homeopathic treatment,
like acupuncture too. So in the south, the richest region, like Bavaria or
Baden-Württemberg, one will find the best people practicing, really good people,
brilliant, unmatched I may say, compared to others ... But the language,
after french and italian the most difficult one, is a great problem for many, like
in reading the classics. The Homeopathic Hospital in Münich, to mention just
one, has really good people, of international stature.
