I used the tincture. Half a dropperful three times a day. Tastes terrible
and makes the tongue tingle like crazy, but very effective. Worked for me
and for my son, who spent four months in West Africa. While others (on
Larium) got malaria, he didn't. And as I said, bugs didn't bug me.

Staph 12x has a reputation of repelling mesquitos. I took one dose once in an area full of huge horse flies and such that were biting and immediately it was as if I were no longer existed as far as they were concerned! Its really a blessing.
