5 year Diarrhea

Thank you.
After looking at all the suggestions, I settled on Calc Ars and Proteus Bach
for her.
The unsettledness in her bowels feeling disappeared immediately I am happy
to say.
She has not had a stool yet, so I do not know if this has solved the problem
or no.
I ordered some omegazyme for her as well.
I thank you and all for your help and suggestions.
This case was overwhelming to me and I just got stuck on it.
I will tell you how she fared with these two remedies and the enzymes.

Expectoration abundant versus watery yields the following:
4 am c, 5 graph, 7 lyc, 7 pul,7 scil,4 sep, 7 stan, 5 sul

stool undigested:3 lyc, 4 sul

the tongue bleeding, excoriation, inflamed and many such sensations are
there.
Don't know which to use. But I would take a look at Sul , lyc, and pul
all three are worse heat.

The watery diarrhea and copiousness of it are all common symptoms.
Since the pt is discharging profusely: I take this rubric

Hi Alva,

The other thing that could be important (very) is what was her
mental/emotional state, and what was going on in her life, *before* this
started? I.e., did being "worried about everything" (and whatever further
specifics) perhaps lead to the physical trouble, or is it the other way
around.

What was happening in her life five years ago?

I've got some off-topic suggestions (good ol' adrenal support and diet) that
I'll send you privately, just in case she wants to try any of that.

If the lungs are clear on x-ray, how do you know there is water in them? What symptoms confirm that?

That is, is it possible that the water is in the stomach? (however this is something Drs. should have diagnosed). Could it be PYLORIC STENOSIS ("blockage of the pylorus, which prevents food from passing from the stomach into the duodenum")? Considering that all other sx are within the digestive system, you might consider this possibility.

With a steth you'll hear a sloshing sound as if the chest/stomach is a washing machine or water balloon as the distinctive sound of pyloric stenosis (or possibly hiatal hernia)

We once had such a case, the lady suffering for 4 yrs. Medically uneducated as I am, I thought, too, the water was in the lungs. Started with Phos which gave only a small relief. Fortunately, one of my well-trained volunteers diagnosed it correctly as pyloric stenosis. Aethusa cured it in a few days. (amazzzing!) All confimatories matched perfectly.

Alternatively, my quick search uncovered "water in lungs" references in BRYONIA , PLUMBUM, MORPHINE, OZONE, SARRACENIA PURPUREA, CONDOR
Bryonia also has the diarrhea.

Hi,
The water in the lungs is just that. She coughs her head off when her lungs
fill up and you can hear rattling.
This occurs suddenly and without warning like all of a sudden she is
drowning.
Her lungs (as seen by a doctor in both stages) shows perfectly clear in her
non coughing times, and in x-rays.
When her lungs are full, her condition was mistaken for asthma, wheezing and
whistling and all, but, and this is a big but, this is only occasionally
when her lungs fill up with water. Otherwise she is fine.
She has been tried on asthma medications with zero to worsening results.
Only the water pills have helped her somewhat to keep from drowning.

I thought that brown rice was more commonly used for healing purposes. Why
might white be better here? Won't the lack of roughage present a problem?
