sheri, i was not promoting 'going thru the aggravation. quite the contrary, if you read my
statement completely. i was only reporting a particular perspective out there that i came
across in my training. if this dialogue is meaningful, then i think it is valid to portray what
ideas have been promoted for others to learn from.

yes, i have. the concept is the same. and i, too, have seen exacerbations on LM's. i believe they
should be responded to in the same way as other potencies. on the occasions when there were
exacerbations, i would re-evaluate the case. if the rx seemed appropriate, i would back off with a
lower potency. this has worked quite quickly and nicely. if there was question about the rx, i would
then try to figure out what the next step would be and then proceed accordingly. "in each individual
case" was drummed into me as a major concept in case taking/management. i have always tried
to apply this.

i can say that i have used LM's in on-going, daily doses for long periods with no negative reactions.
so, once again--in each individual case.

Actually with LM's in my experience and with my understanding you don't
back off and go to a lower potency at all.
You stop, wait, and that may be the end and the person is cured. OR if the
symptoms abait & then return you go up the laddre to the next LM. It is
really different that what you would do with a C potency.
