Thanks, this helped me tremendously. Now what do we need to do when the
next "clinic experience" is running? Just open up yahoo messenger?

Once you download Messanger, it seems to want to open when you turn on the computer, and if you close it, it goes to the task bar so that anyone knowing you as a contact knows you are online, and can then invite you to a conference.
If you have given Dr. Kumar your Yahoo ID he will put you on the list and invite you at the designated time. It is up to you to be there to join in - which, when it happens is reasonably sefl evident I found. Dr. Kumar also will invite you to view his webcam and you accept, and you should then get a visual.

There is a help button in the messanger window and it has all the answers to most questions it seems.
