Hi Farbod, all,
I think it's interesting that you based your remedy choice on the one
symptom 'urination involuntarily, during vomiting' - and now some in thw
group found out found that there are discrepancies in the different Reps
- and Paris probably/possibly never produced such a symptom.

So thanks for this case, as this was a possibility to find out some
errors in our modern literature!

So, the question is:

WHY did Paris quad. apparently cure - although the characteristic
symptom you choose wasn't covered by it?

Simple answer:

Paris has according to Jahr's Symptomenkodex:
"increased warmth of the body, often with anxiety or with perspiration,
especially on the upper body and with accelerated full pulse; ....heat
and perspiration on head, with nausea, after breakfast."

So here you have the combination perspiration - anxiety - nausea within
ONE symptom (prover)!! ....which could/will be the cause why Paris cured
in this case.

BTW: Jahr's Manual gives the rubric: Vomiting, accompanied by flow of
urine - Lach (only remedy). But that entire symptom in te Symptomenkodex
is quite different from what you are describing. Yet Lach should be
added to this rubric in the Reps.)

I think there are probably a number of remedies to add to the rubric.

My choice of remedy which was Aconite has 'vomiting with fear, profuse sweat
and increased urination; there is also involuntary urination.

But there are other aspects of this case which are vague in Paris - the
periodicity; the <<< before and after menses; and the possible causation of
surgery - even the anxious restlessness is not truly a strong keynote but is
obviously there.

I remember some Paris cases from College days so this is an eye opener to me
and renewed my thoughts about this rx.
