Thanks Pat I will consider others if the Cantharis 6 does nothing. He hasn't mentioned burning and there is no apparent urine problems, no discharge etc. The child is fine other than that.

I'd be inclined to consider Merc as it's the only Rx under all 3 rubrics of
lice; handling genitals and burning urethra, and I think the selected Rx
should cover all 3.
