When my son did this it wasn't around the issue of potty training -- but I'm
sure that's only because it never occurred to him! His aim was to be
annoying, provoke a conflict, and maybe that's why I'm assuming the same
here. (That plus the impish looks...)

I would like to suggest that if this is considered to be a pysical problem, then consider ALOE (200c one dose or if this does not work once per day - P. Banerji).
Aloe soc covers involuntary stool due to physical problems (eg., constipation due to whatever - even milk?) as well as desire for milk and aggravation from milk.
