That's interesting Andy Lollipops because when I pull it up in Encyclopedia
Homeopathica & RADAR I find the following:
Aurum metallicum
Associated with sinusitis, migraine, mastoid inflammation or neuralgia.
Location: Root of nose, above the inner canthus on the right side.
Also pain behind left ear near the mastoid.
Felt as if deep inside, or as if deep in the bones.
Tearing pain in the occiput.
Quality: Boring at root of nose. Neuralgic, excruciating pains.
Worse: Night. Blowing the nose. Suppressed anger.
Unendurable pains; thoughts of suicide from pain.
sooo I am just wondering if the two softwares are laid our differently? or

Was this from the RADAR Keynotes? (I know they used Morrison Desktop guide quite a bit (and rightly so) in compilation of those, and that is where the quote in question originated). The quote I gave came from the "head" section of the actual book as transcribed into referenceworks (this is the whole section):
Boring headaches at inner angle of the right eye, especially at the right root of the nose.
Pain so bad the patient hints at the possibility of suicide.
Nasal obstruction and severe sinusitis.
Nasal malignancy. Carcinoma of the tongue or throat.
If it was in EH I would assume (not having that software but knowing it usually has whole book verbatim) that the above head section should be there identical to above.
