Re: Genital Herpes

I had contracted genital herpes about 35 yrs ago. At that time no one paid
much
mind to it. I dont recall ever discussing it with anyone. I do remember
using Vit C
and golden seal root powder (in a paste form which i made up) topically to
soothe
and dry the out breaks. They always seemed to erupt when my stress level
was up
around my menses. For me, lack of sleep was always the clincher stress
factor
with any kind of dis-ease that would develop. The eruptions were never
debilitating--just very itchy and annoying.
Over the years of using homeopathy the eruptions have virtually ceased. The
last
time I had an eruption is was very short-lived (about 3 days) and seemed
more of an
aggravation than a real outbreak.
Can I say the condition is permanently cured? No--my life will tell. But
have I gotten
abatement and relief--absolutely. I never treated the herpes; barely even
remember to
factor it in, and often dont. So, I would say that constitutional work is
beneficial. I also
reported on this list a case of facial herpes that I treated about a year
ago which seemed
very successful. I was in touch with this man for about 10 months after
treatment and
he had not a single outbreak (this was a person who broke out every time he
was in the
sun, and he worked outdoors all year round).
So, I hope this is helpful
